Andi Arifayani (Ifa)

Ifa has been working in a local NGO named Yayasan Lembaga Mitra Ibu dan Anak (LemINA) right after graduating. Most of her time was spent doing voluntary work in the organization and now helping the development of the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy. She is also assisting the program of Sexual prevention and Menstrual Hygiene Management.

Found INSPIRASI program impact her life and her organization made her take the opportunity to involve in the program itself as a Peer Learning Advisor and a Programme Officer of INSPIRASI. She believes in the power of young leaders as 'good seeds' which can spread meaningful impact throughout eastern Indonesia.
