EDUCATION FOR EVERYONE
INSPIRASI is a capacity building programme for emerging young civil society leaders from East Indonesia. Each year, ten participants are selected to further develop their knowledge, skills and confidence so they can enhance their contribution to the sustainable development of their community and the wider East Indonesia region.

Tirsa W Kailola (Tirsa)
Cohort : 2018
Tirsa Kailola is a passionate educator and educational program developer. Since 2017 she has worked for Heka Leka as an Early Childhood program director who is responsible for designing and managing teachers’ professional program of early childhood education in Maluku.
She started her career in the education field as a primary school teacher in Maple Leaf School Surabaya. Then while obtaining her master in English Language Education Program, she worked as an English teacher in high school. Having a passion for developing education in Maluku, she returned to Maluku and joined the Heka Leka Foundation.
In early 2022, together with her colleagues, she co-founded Pohon Sagoe Maluku, an Education Foundation which aims to create a positive and safe place for children and youth to grow and learn.
